Senior BI Specialist

Role: Senior BI Specialist
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (on-site only)

Main Responsibilities:
Maintain, operate, and enhance QlikView and Qlik Sense applications
Support the transition from QlikView to Qlik Sense
Work with data from healthcare, HR, and finance domains
Optimize and improve reporting and analysis solutions
Contribute to the strategic design and implementation of BI systems
Participate in all stages of development, from pre-studies and conceptual design to deployment



Required Qualifications:
Extensive, documented experience in QlikView/Qlik Sense development and operations
Documented experience working with data sources from healthcare, HR, and finance
Familiarity with Region Stockholm’s information systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish



Consultant Profile – Level 4:
Expertise: High-level generalist or deep specialist knowledge
Experience: 9–12+ years in the field; previous Level 3 experience for at least 2 years
Leadership: Capable of leading larger groups
Independence: Very high degree of autonomy
